Out of the realisation that big businesses have numerous universities, colleges, think-tanks and other institutions for advancing and defending their own values and interests, has emerged the need for similar working people’s institution.

The Legal Aid Clinic

The Legal Aid Clinic is registered with the Law Society of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights.  It has over the years assisted large numbers of workers and trade unions who cannot afford exorbitant fees charged by lawyers in matters involving unjust dismissals, victimization and retrenchments before the Labour Court, High Court and Supreme Court.
